How We Evaluate Tools
Realty AI Hub evaluates tools from the perspective of real estate professionals. We look at how a product can help with lead generation, CRM follow-up, listing marketing, automation, transaction work, client communication, analytics, and content production.
Most reviews are based on public product pages, pricing information, documentation, public feedback, and workflow analysis. When a page includes hands-on testing or a direct vendor source, we identify that context rather than implying that every product was tested in the same way.
Core Criteria
- Real estate use cases and workflow fit
- Pricing clarity and overall value
- AI features, automation depth, and integrations
- Ease of setup for agents and small teams
- Support quality, documentation, and reliability
- User feedback, public reputation, and product maturity
Ratings and Comparisons
Ratings are editorial summaries based on product fit, value, feature strength, usability, and relevance to real estate workflows. Comparisons are designed to clarify which tool fits which user rather than declare one universal winner.
Limitations
We cannot guarantee that every price, integration, or feature remains unchanged after publication. Always confirm current pricing and contract terms on the vendor website before purchasing.
